Parking:​
Disabled Blue placards have to be displayed.
If you have DV (disabled veterans plates) you will also have to have the Blue Placard displayed.

The Convention Center Garage, located directly across from the main entrance to the convention center is City Operated so if you have a placard it should be free access. Also Texas does accept placards from all US states without any additional need for a travel placard. The customer just needs to inform the attendant at the point of sale they have a placard and be able to verify they are the lawful owner of the permit of vehicle with plates. They will have to provide their name, address, phone number and license plate number.
